street fighter of freedom
Keeping sustainability in mind, my final collection was made entirely digital using CLO3D. All material used for draping and development of the concept was up-cycled from the unwanted clothes of my followers on Instagram.
This collection is a representation of how video gaming culture and street art has inspired me. Coming from Singapore, it is my personal experience living in a society where I felt like I was suffering artistically, therefore I make references to the general idea of dystopia.
I explore the particular video game- Street Fighter because I feel as humans, we are all fighting for our lives to make something of ourselves. I imagine us all as street fighters living in our own dystopian world trying to express ourselves through whatever means which in my case, is my art.
I have taken specific clothing items from Street Fighter characters and studied their structures, modifying them to express modernity. I will explore my own style of graffiti on the clothing pieces of the collection as well.

All graphics were drawn by me on Procreate. All patterns are constructed by me.

This outfit was inspired by boxing. It was the first time I created gloves on CLO3D. And I added medallions on the waistband of the shorts.
